Cost
I understand and agree that the cost of this Photo Session is $50.00. I understand that I will be required to pay in full at the time of the photo shoot. (Unless otherwise stated) I understand that it is non-refundable and only includes:
-An hour of the photographer’s time
-Editing of around 20 photographs
-A CD file of the edited photographs that the photographer chooses
If more than one location is selected or the photo shoot exceeds one hour you will be required to pay an additional $50. A maximum of 2 hours will be spent by the photographer taking photographs. If you cannot make it to your appointment for any reason then you may call to reschedule,

Release Form

I understand that my photos remain the property of Bates Photography. And I allow Bates Photography to use their best judgment in the use of the photos taken of me.

Clothing Ideas
It all depends on what type of portraits you are looking for. If you want a more “traditional” photo shoot, then I recommend that you wear solid color clothing (clothes without patterns or logos**).
If you want a more casual photo shoot then bring clothing that looks like something you would wear on a normal day. Or clothes that say something about you such as western wear.
Groups should all wear either matching or coordinating outfits. An example of coordinating outfits would be something such as, having all the guys wear a brown shirt while the gals wear pink.
**Exceptions for senior portraits.
Prop Ideas
Instruments, Sports equipment, a favorite toy, your child’s “dress up” clothes, Hats, a Bible, a Baby blanket, a Saddle, Just as long as it says something about who you are.
